Lakshaym Film tells the story of two people —. An IT professional Vimal (Indrajith Sukumaran) and a person from the Slums ,Mushtafa (Biju Menon). Both of them become convicts, one who has been charged with a case of murder and the other who has been charged for a theft case. They escape while they are being transported from Peermade to Ernakulam and tough task in front of them with them having to plan their journey through a dense forest.
The film also shows the love story of Indrajith and Sshivada Nair’s characters, who meet following a road accident. A romantic song Kaatu Vannuvo which shot on the duo has already opened to a positive response from the audience. The movie also stars Kishor Satya and Shammi Thilakan as police officers in search of the convicts.
Lakshyam is directed by debutant Anzar Khan and written by Jeethu Joseph, starring Biju Menon and Indrajith Sukumaran in the lead roles. Sshivada, Kishor Satya and Shammi Thilakan are also playing prominent roles in the movie. The film has music composed by Anil Johnson and produced by Joy Thomas Sakthikulangara, Teji Manalel and Jeethu Joseph under the banner of Vintage Films.
